Redefining Spirituality Through Sacred Art + Ritual.

Artist, Mystic, Polymath, Autodidact.

Auriel is a mixed-media esoteric artist and writer who draws inspiration from nature, the supernatural, and her own unconventional life experiences, all viewed through a neurodivergent lens.

Through her portraiture, otherworldly landscapes, sculptures, sigils, decks, and writings, she aims to guide viewers toward their own North Star, serving as a mirror of expression, much like others have guided her through their reflections. Auriel encourages introspection and creativity as a means to overcome feelings of being trapped or helpless (no matter their circumstance), ultimately helping individuals alter their perceptions of themselves, the world, and others.

Her art focuses on embracing the unique strengths and weaknesses of both individual and collective natures, nurturing them as integral parts of life. She promotes discernment about when, where, and how to engage with both conventional wisdom and the unquantifiable, both of which hold potential.

Auriel is dedicated to The Great Work and shares her insights through the Bohemian principles of truth, beauty, freedom, and love. She highlights the wonder and intricacy of seemingly simple things, encouraging viewers to pause rather than rush in the face of harsh realities. This mindful approach enables better actions with less need for backtracking. Through her experiences, she has learned that internal and external challenges can often lead us away from where we genuinely want to be, and that finding balance is possible through shifts in perspective, inspired by numerous sources.

Her work can be paradoxical and even triggering, but Auriel believes this authenticity is essential for progress. She feels that people are most ready to break away from outdated belief systems, projections, and apathy when they can no longer escape their realities. Ultimately, she views these moments as the starting point for lasting change, and her work stands in solidarity with this aim, as it is both necessary and steadfastly attuned to the current times.

"Catching Up and Starting New"

[March, 2026]

The first half of this month has been occupied by recovery from the flu, mid-nasal procedures, and surgeries. Now that I finally have a bit of respite before the sinuplasty scheduled for mid-April, I can catch up on physical art projects and start a piece for the gallery (pictured here in the custom frame).

Frames themselves are opportunities for unique expression and can take as long as the piece itself. I have decorated the borders of my canvas art and added sculptural and crystal elements to 2D pieces for nearly a decade; however, it was not until I saw Chet Zar and Larkin (Cypher)'s artist frames that I was inspired to bring this to my own work in my own way.

I know I, too, have made a similar impact on other artists' work through my contributions and unique style, and this is what keeps us creatives moving forward as a community (even for the most hermit-like of us).

"SANCTUARY RISING II."
Into the micro, pulling out of the macro— All in relative form, sprouts caps of wonder from seeming entropy. Mother Gaia once again offers sanctuary— Under the stars and in Father Sky, Where a moment's peace awaits all weary travelers. -Auriel As I ...
